Treatment Arrangement
MADAD helps arrange treatment and coordinate all stages of the treatment process in accordance with the approved treatment plan.

MADAD is an insurance program providing protection in case of critical illnesses diagnosed for the first time.
MADAD is designed for situations where a person is diagnosed with a serious illness for the first time and requires treatment. The program helps arrange medical care — from reviewing and confirming the diagnosis to selecting a medical facility, approving the treatment plan, and arranging the necessary services. If an insured event occurs, treatment is arranged in accordance with the terms and conditions of the selected program.
If, after the waiting period has expired, an illness or medical condition covered under the insurance is diagnosed for the first time, the MADAD program provides:
A malignant neoplasm diagnosed for the first time, confirmed by histological examination, and requiring active anticancer treatment.
A medically necessary neurosurgical procedure involving the brain or spinal cord, spine, or peripheral nervous system, prescribed by an appropriately qualified neurosurgeon.
A medically necessary heart valve surgery prescribed by an appropriately qualified cardiac surgeon.
A medically necessary transplantation of the heart, liver, kidney, or lung from a lawful donor.

Contact the MADAD Contact Center and provide your medical records.
A case manager will then arrange an independent review of the diagnosis and, if the condition is recognized as an insured event, arrange the treatment.
No.
The program covers only conditions diagnosed for the first time after the insurance contract becomes effective and after the applicable waiting period has expired.
Treatment may be extended under an additional agreement:
20% of the expenses are covered by the Insurance Company, while 80% are borne by the client.
Treatment is covered only if it is provided at a clinic approved by the Insurance Company and in accordance with the approved treatment plan.
This helps ensure the quality of treatment and enables proper monitoring of the treatment process. Submit a Request
